Located in Buffalo, NY within Restore Medical Fitness Center - inside the Eastern Hills Mall

The Plan2Peak Training Center is a State of the Art Indoor Training Center located inside Restore Medical Fitness Center. It is truly a one of a kind in Western New York. Athletes have one stop shopping access to a Virtual Reality Cycling Studio, personal training, wellness coaching, nutrition counseling, group classes, strength training and cardiovascular equipment.

The Training Center is located inside Restore Medical Fitness Center which is in the Eastern Hills Mall, at 4545 Transit Road, Williamsville, New York. It is conveniently located, is convenient to other shops and has ample parking. Plan2Peak and Restore have relationships and associations with local medical partners that offer diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation. 

Virtual Reality Workouts are can be found in the Schedule Your Workout section of this web site. Classes begin in October and will run until the end of April. The schedule will be adjust as demand changes throughout the indoor training season. You can purchase classes individually or by the package. NEW FOR 2016! Credits from our packages now include use of the facility, indoor cycling classes AND can be used for Group Personal Training classes. 

                    
Classes can be purchased and booked online, using our web site below. Weekday classes are 60 minutes long, Saturday Classes 90 minutes up to 2 hours and Sunday Classes 2 hours or more! Riders will be immersed in a Virtual Reality ride in front of a 70" HD Video that is personalized to their fitness level by 9 time National Championship Coach Peter Cummings. If you haven't experienced this really makes a difference in your training. It is a must. Riders will experience a truly NO DROP ride situation where everyone can enjoy the workout while knowing the physiological demands prior to starting. Riders can also customize their workout on the fly by adjusting their own intensity making the workout slightly more or less difficult.
